The rooms here are brand-new and nicely furnished, the staff is very friendly and respectful, and the facilities are great.

Make sure you stay in the king room with reasonable furnishings and great pillows. The price is very reasonable at US$ 89

The staff is amiable here, the services are great, and location is stunning adjacent to a softball tournament, which lasted longer than schedule, due to 2 hour rain delay, and Overland Park. There are many brand-new and well-maintained rooms.

Bed was very comfortable, room very clean and well kept. Check in was fast and simple. Tubs had safety rail.

Have some difficulties getting in and out of tub and they gave us a regular room, where our son got the handicap room. (he has no problems.)

The worker that aloud us back in the room twice after checkout, rocked. Who new teenage girls could leave so much behind.

Unsupervised children throughout hotel. Up and down the halls at night and very loud in next room. Pool had a lot of stuff floating in it and had green growth in some areas.

Even though the cafe was nice, it was expensive. Almost $10 for eggs, meat, potato, and toast. It wasn't that good.

This hotel is beautiful. Very comfortable bed. Extremely clean. Nice and quiet. Great staff. I got a great night's sleep.

The only drawback is that the nice little restaurant is only open for breakfast, but it was a good breakfast.
